Project Description
This Mercedes SL in Manchester had quite badly kerbed and weathered alloys, the customer wanted to renew his alloys and decided a colour change and refurb is what he wanted. He decided on a gloss black finish.
What We Repaired
We repaired the outer kerb damage and they were also slightly flaking and discoloured from a previous refurbishment carried out by another company. We also changed the colour from silver to gloss black.
How We Repaired Them
The alloys were sanded down and all kerb damage was removed. We also prepared the backs of the alloys to paint them black. The whole alloy was then primed, painted in black and then lacquered to give them a nice deep shine
Time Taken
These alloys took about 5 hours to refinish.
